User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
  • Cooperate with our team and provide necessary materials in a timely manner
  • Pay for services as agreed in the service agreement
  • Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials provided

Payments and Fees

  • All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified
  • Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karolink Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
  • Any content obtained from the services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Either party may terminate services for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, you remain liable for any payments due for services rendered prior to termination.
